At Velure Lashes, we aim to process and ship all orders as quickly and efficiently as possible. Please review our shipping policy below before placing an order.
Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays). Once your order has been processed, it will be handed over to our courier for delivery.
Shipping Time

Incorrect Address
It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that all shipping information is correct at checkout. Velure Lashes is not responsible for orders delayed or lost due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.
Lost or Delayed Packages
Velure Lashes is not responsible for delays, lost, or stolen packages once the order has been handed over to the courier. If your package is delayed, please contact the courier directly using your tracking information.
Customs & Duties
If applicable, customers are responsible for any customs fees, duties, or taxes imposed by their country.

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the issue.
